Here at Sign Impressions, we stand behind the quality of our work and want you to feel confident in your investment. Our warranties are designed to protect against defects in materials and workmanship while setting clear expectations for normal wear, environmental factors, and proper care.
Below you’ll find an overview of our signage and vehicle graphics warranties. If you ever have questions or concerns, our team is always here to help.
Sign Warranty Coverage
All signage manufactured and installed by Sign Impressions is covered by a one-year warranty from the date of installation. This warranty applies to defects in materials and workmanship, including lighting components and electrical systems under normal use.
Here’s a list of what is covered:
- Manufacturing defects in materials or fabrication
- Malfunctions of lighting or electrical components during normal operation
Here’s a list of what’s NOT covered:
- Accident damage
- Intentional damage
- Damage from storms
- Sign neglect
The warranty is limited to repair or replacement parts only and does not cover incidental or consequential damages.
Vehicle Graphics and Wrap Warranty
Our vehicle wraps and graphics here at Sign Impressions include a 12-month limited warranty on installation. These cover major lifting or bubbling that affects performance, while minor imperfections aren’t covered since those are considered normal wear and tear with vinyl wraps and don’t impact overall effectiveness.

- Lifting
- Bubbling
- Adhesion failure
Here’s a list of what’s NOT covered:
- Minor fading
- Rock chips or scratches
- Damage from accidents
- Storm damage
- Damage to glass graphics
Transportation to and from our facility is the client’s responsibility. Replaced sections may show slight color or image variation, and the warranty applies only to the original installation and is non-transferable.
Warranty Claims
Claims must be submitted in writing or by email within 14 days of noticing an issue. Please include proof of purchase, photos of the problem, and any requested vehicle or project details so we can assist you quickly.
